Requests with verified OTPs are automatically authenticated and prioritized.

Data Retained & Reason

In strict accordance with Indian tax laws (GST Act), financial audits, and banking regulations, past completed order invoices, payment transaction IDs, and payout logs are securely retained in an encrypted archive for the mandatory statutory period (up to 7 years).

This retained data cannot be used for marketing, login, or any promotional activities.

Deletion Timeline

Once your OTP is verified, your account is immediately scheduled for purge and completed within 30 calendar days.
